25 years Social Housing experience supporting projects, planned cyclical work and R&M services.  Last 5 years specialising in supporting contractors with preconstruction of tower block recladding and large scale retrofit scheme.  In 2023 became a Trustmark accredited Retrofit Coordinator to further support clients. With a 40 year career in construction and preconstruction including management roles we have also worked on projects in heritage, commercial, education, new housing and defence. We have experience that can help your business to move forward with our technical skills.

  • Trustmark registered

  • Qualified

    • Level 5 Retrofit Coordination

    • Level 3 in Energy Efficiency for Older and Traditional Buildings

  • Produce builders quantity take offs, to aid

    • ​Pricing process,

    • Material ordering, or

    • Support final accounts.
