A - Commercial and Retrofit Support to businesses in the building and construction industry

Q - What areas do you cover?

A - We operate in the UK, for Estimating and QS support, we can cover most of England and Wales.  For Retrofit Coordination, we prefer to operate within a 40 mile radius of our base, but will consider operating in other areas.

Q - Why should we pick you?

A - I am a Professional Estimator, Quantity Surveyor and Trustmark approved Retrofit Coordinator, if you need these services, but can't find the staff, or don't want to employ full time staff, then you should consider us.  See career detail on About, or look us up on Linked in via the link in the website footer.

Q - How much do you charge?

A - This depends on the task, the length of engagement, and to a lesser extent the location.

Q - What are PPP, PPR, AGMP, SOR models.

A - These are cost models used in Repairs and Maintenance contracts

PPP = Price per property

PPR = Price per repair

AGMP = Agreed Maximum Price

SOR = Schedule of rates
